Quick day trip this past weekend scouting for fall color. This shot is just below the summit of Hawksbill Mountain in the Linville Gorge, elevation 4,009 ft. Look close to see a man bravely standing on a ledge in the top left looking down 2,000 ft. to the Linville River.  ~MB
